One of our GVLA members has installed a weather station up in the Green Valley Highlands. The weather station is made by Davis Instruments, and is approved for sending data to the NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) which uses the readings to augment it's regular stations for more comprehensive national weather data information.

The site, located here, is interactive and provides current temperatures nation wide, which is handy for people traveling. The Green Valley station is also interactive. Simply drag the map to Green Valley and mouse over the station (which gives the current temperature) and it will identify itself as 'Green Valley'. Clicking it will take you into the station itself where you can generate daily through Yearly plus custom reports for local weather patterns.
